Courses, lessons & knowledge checks

Find a course, follow its lessons and keep your progress moving.

Find your next course

The public sample catalogue is illustrative. Your private library reflects your company’s published content and your permissions. A course can be visible in a catalogue without granting every enrolment action.

  1. Use My learning for courses already in your learning plan.
  2. Open Discover or Course library to search available courses and filter by topic.
  3. Open a course to review its description, lessons and available learning action.
  4. Start or resume the course using the action shown for your access.

Work through the player

The native player supports text lessons and knowledge checks. Progress shown after a successful save belongs to your enrolment. If a save fails, follow the error message before leaving the page; an optimistic animation is not proof that a record was stored.

  1. Read the current lesson and use the lesson navigation to move through the course.
  2. For a knowledge check, choose an answer and submit it for feedback.
  3. Use the completion action when the lesson requirements are satisfied.
  4. Return to My learning to check the saved state.

When content changes

Published course versions keep existing enrolments attached to their assigned version. A new publication does not silently rewrite someone’s training history. Ask your manager which version is required if your organisation republishes training.
