Give your company a recognisable identity and a clear support route.
Update the company profile
The identity accent styles the company tile while preserving the product navigation palette. SVG, remote logo URLs and arbitrary HTML are not accepted.
- Open Company settings in the sidebar.
- Set the company name and IANA timezone, such as Europe/London.
- Upload a PNG or JPEG logo, up to 250 KB and 1024 × 1024 pixels.
- Choose the company identity accent and add a support email or HTTPS help-centre link.
- Save, then check the company identity tile and support details in Preferences.
Recent sign-in and concurrent edits
Company changes require recent authentication, within five minutes and with the configured assurance. If asked, sign in again before retrying.
Settings use revision checks. If someone else saved a newer version, reload and reconcile the changes. Do not overwrite another administrator’s work with a stale form.
Review activity
The Activity tab shows the latest 100 company administration events, including the actor, action, target and time. This view is a recent activity feed, not an unlimited audit export or a full learning-event history.
Invitations, team hierarchy editing, custom domains, billing and SMTP configuration are not self-service company settings yet.
