Capability & readiness guide
A clear distinction between usable workflows, setup work and upcoming capabilities.
Available application workflows
- Public product pages, sample course previews and an explicit interactive demo.
- Private learning workspace, native course player, progress and completion evidence.
- Course drafting, preview, publishing and versioned enrolments.
- Scoped assignments, people/team directory and report requests.
- Reference resources, saved items, deadline calendar and in-app actions.
- Profile, sign-out, membership switching, company settings and recent activity.
- Client guides and a generated API reference.
Requires setup or qualification
- SAML/OIDC company federation: owner draft, operator review, approved identity links and provider acceptance testing.
- Identity emails: branded templates require SMTP and enabled flows.
- Messages: private inboxes, draft review and optional recipient-opted-in email alerts; SMTP setup is required for email.
- Advanced standards and media: assess exact runtime and UI readiness against a representative acceptance suite.
- Deployment: qualify TLS, identity, monitoring, recovery and support for the installation.
Not complete in the current customer experience
This guide is a release snapshot, not a dated delivery promise. Feature access also depends on your company setup and current role.
- Automated learning-event emails and scheduling; private-message alerts have a separate delivery worker and status ledger.
- New-member invitation/provisioning UI and editable team hierarchy.
- A global client console, billing and custom-domain onboarding.
- SCIM lifecycle UI, API credential management and webhook setup.
- Advanced media administration, SCORM import/player/dispatch screens and managed learning paths.
- Certificate template and revocation administration.
- Automatic OpenBao unsealing and off-server backups, currently deferred.
