Sign-in, profile & sign-out
Understand your identity, personal details and company membership.
Why sign-in opens another address
ZubLMS uses Keycloak as its identity provider. It handles the sign-in flow and can broker your company identity service. The LMS exchanges the successful sign-in for a secure application session; your password is not entered into a course page.
Use your organisation’s approved LMS and authentication addresses. A separate auth hostname is expected. Do not replace it with a copied localhost URL or share login callback links.
Update your profile
Changing the profile contact email does not change your sign-in identity. Ask your administrator about identity changes or lost account access. Password reset depends on the identity service and configured email delivery.
- Open the avatar menu in the top bar and choose the profile/settings option, or open Preferences.
- Update your permitted personal details and save.
- Choose appearance and other available preferences for your workspace.
Leave a shared device safely
Signing out ends your LMS session. Whether the upstream company identity session also ends depends on the configured federation flow. Do not assume signing out of one app signs you out of every company service.
- Open your avatar menu and choose Sign out.
- Wait for the sign-out confirmation before leaving the device.
Switch companies
Workspaces lists your existing company memberships. Switching rotates the LMS session into the selected company; it does not create a new company or grant access to another client. If a company is missing, contact its administrator.
