Status and agreement
These are proposed terms for review, not an executed customer contract. Visiting this draft or signing in does not record acceptance of it. The contracting entity, governing law, dispute process and effective date still need to be confirmed.
A signed customer agreement should define the purchased service, authorised users, hosting model, service levels, fees, data-processing responsibilities and support. Your organisation’s training and employment policies also apply to your workspace. Any order of precedence between documents must be agreed explicitly.
Accounts and permitted access
Use only an account and workspace you are authorised to access. Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate account information and report suspected account misuse promptly. Company administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access and reviewing it when people change roles or leave.
Using another person’s account or sharing a personal sign-in can undermine training records and security. Access to a demonstration does not grant access to customer data or production administration.
Customer content and intellectual property
The proposed terms preserve the respective owners’ rights in training content, uploaded resources, branding and platform software. Customers should provide only material they have the right to use and share. They must establish any necessary permissions for personal data, third-party media and learner submissions.
A customer agreement should grant the operator the limited rights needed to host, process, display and transmit content to deliver the agreed service. This draft does not grant a right to sell customer content or use it to train AI models. It does not grant users ownership of the platform or a licence to redistribute other people’s courses.
Responsible use and learning outcomes
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and your organisation’s instructions. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with others, send unlawful messages or upload harmful material.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, suitability and accessibility of their learning content. Completion records and assessments describe activity within the configured learning experience; they are not automatically professional accreditation or a guarantee of competence. Public sample lessons illustrate the product.
Availability, changes and external services
Features, support arrangements, maintenance windows, recovery objectives and service levels must be stated in the customer agreement. Marketing descriptions and an internal implementation plan do not create an uptime or delivery commitment.
External identity, video, email and analytics services have their own terms and availability. Customers and the operator should agree which integrations are authorised and who manages credentials, permissions and provider charges. Planned capabilities should not be treated as included deliverables unless agreed.
Fees, cancellation and ending access
Pricing, payment dates, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund rules must be set out in an agreed order or contract. The current public website does not provide an automated subscription checkout. This draft introduces no default recurring charge, refund exclusion or cancellation deadline.
An agreed offboarding process should define access suspension, data export, return and deletion, retention exceptions and any assistance charges. Security incidents or misuse may require proportionate access restrictions, with notice and a review route where practicable and lawful. Do not assume account closure immediately deletes retained copies.
Responsibility and disputes
Warranties, liability limits, indemnities, mandatory rights, governing law and dispute procedures require review for the contracting parties and jurisdiction. None is invented or waived by this draft. A production agreement should address these points before paid use.
